Also like 8 to 10/11 hours to sleep? Is that bad or ? . Thanks for your opinion on that.

well of course u know that if u don't sleep long enough u feel like crap and are tired for the rest of the day (most teens in todays world) but also if u sleep for too long you will also feel tired. i am not sure why this is but it is true. try doing tonight or when u don't have an important exam. so therefore the longer u sleep the better it is until u get to ur daily limit then its bad for you

First, the length of time someone sleeps is based on what YOUR body needs. The "average" is 8 hours - personally, I can get by on 6 hours. Sleep is when your body "repairs" itself and when you brain sorts through all the information that it has absorbed during the day - which is the reason you dream. As for staying younger while you sleep, I don't think that is exactly what happens. All your muscles relax - including those in your face - so you look younger.
