Is will power the only way to stop smoking cigarettes?!
Question: Is will power the only way to stop smoking cigarettes?
Answers:
I was a smoker for many years until I gained a brain and quit. It was very difficult, and I started smoking many times after quitting. But I did not give up trying, and was eventually successful.
There are many options available to assist you in quitting, including nicotine replacement (patch or chewing gum). Talk to your doctor.
The primary resource available to you remains your own will to quit. Don't give up.

this is a tuff one fo sho. My sister in law had some luck with smokeless cigarettes. Check out http://smokelesscigarettereview.org/ for some real reviews on the different products out there. She was successful starting with a nicotine based cartridge, but then switched to no nicotine over time

I have coached several people through they mysteries of quitting, and you are SO SMART to want to quit. Take it a day at a time: cold turkey is the hardest, but fastest way. If you taper off, it takes longer but the immediate effects are not so bad, and you are less likely to go back. GOOD LUCK, and this is dedicated TO YOUR HEALTH.
You can use this new program which guarantee that you will achieve success within less than one hour
have a nice day, good luck

If you think you need it, then you will need it.
I was smoking for awhile straight out.
I quit after a week.
No over 50% of smokers stop smoking due to death from lung cancer--you might want to look into that.
