Question: I have a terrible headache... -.-?
It's been a couple of days that I felt a pressure, somehow in the left side of my head. Today it kind of spread, and now I feel like me whole head and the back of my neck is under pressure. It doesn't hurt much, but I'm worried. Mom says it's because I don't sleep enough, but 7 hours isn't that few, is it?

Also, my left arm feels weird. Is it possible that these two are connected?
And what could be wrong? Is it possible that this is something serious, or is it because of stress and not enough sleep?

This is worth getting yourself checked out by a physician. It may be nothing seriously life threatening, but you want to rule out the more serious problems. I have been a migraine sufferer and when they first started they did not act like typical migraines and began like yours and I suffered when I could have been treated, and I additionally thought that I could have a tumor, a stroke or other neuro condition. Meantime, try an icepack at various sources of pain, different parts of skull, base of head, back of neck, eyes, etc, see if that helps at all.
