My little brother is sick?!

Question: My little brother is sick?

I'm 15 and my little brother is 12 and he has been sick since this morning at around 5 a.m. I found him silently crying because he has an ear ache. Well our mom slept with him last night because that's what she always does when were sick to help us calm down and relax. Well she was also drunk and it didn't help Brody any. Our dad is at work and doesnt know brody is sick and mom is still in a hangover. He isnt like dying or anything but he does feel bad. His ear hurts nose is stufffed up,sore throat and got sick this morning.has a temperature of 101. and so on. I'm the only one available and sober enough to take care of him. I've given him liquids and stuff so he don't get deydrated and I gave him some chicken noodle soup to make him feel better. now he's sleepy but is so upset he can't sleep. It sucks because i do feel sorry for him. We share a good brotherly bond and I want to help him fall asleep and get better. Any ideas? I have gien him tylenol and Motrin but they don't make hiom sleepy btw. thanks!

Hi You are lovely to look after your brother,you have done the right thing keeping him hydrated, your mum should be ashamed of herself, Because of his ear ache it sounds like he has an ear infection he needs Calpol which is a childs pain relief, do not give him adult painkiller. He really needs to go to the doctor if he has an ear infection he will need antibiotic. Always stay as lovely as you are people like you are hard to find.

he should probably get to the doctor asap, it sounds like he has a sinus/ear infection.
also, try giving him some benydryl. make sure it's the kind that makes you drousy lol..
also maybe try giving his a massage or something to help him relax. poooor little guy

If you could get him to get to school, the nurse could help a lot. If his fever gets above 103 you will have to get him to the hospital, above 104 could cause brain damage I believe.

SOMEONE AT YAHOO NEEDS TO FIND THESE PEOPLE AND TURN THEM IN TO THE CHILD CARE PEOPLE
