Question: Any tips on taking multivitamins & calcium supplements without them causing nausea?
Answers:
Never take them in the morning! Always take them after dinner in the evening, or before bed, when you have food in your stomach. Drink an adequate amount of fluid with them so they'll dissolve well. I've been taking multivitamins and calcium for many years this way, and have never once suffered from nausea. An added advantage is that the calcium may possibly be a sleep aid. The Nexium may keep your stomach from digesting the vitamins when taken together. Take your Nexium in the morning before you eat, but leave the vitamins until night.
