Why do I get numb wrists when?!

I notice that sometimes I get numb wrists. It's really weird, but one time I went to lunch and had some wine and all of the sudden I started getting this really bad numb feeling in both wrists. I also recently went out and drank soda and I started getting really bad numb feelings again.

This doesn't usually happen with soda, just these two times. And I never have wine either. But with these two times with the wine one time and the soda the other time, I've had numb wrists? Why is this?
