Question: Should I be concerned that I am never hungry, never full, and after I eat my stomach rumbles?

It could be that you are eating the wrong things. Simple sugars, such as white bread, chocolate, cookies, white rice and any junk food, is digested so quickly than within 30 minutes, you are hungry again. You need to eat food that keeps you full like proteins, whole grains and fruits and vegetables. You can eat an entire bowl of pasta and still be starving, because it's a simple sugar and it doesn't keep you full... but make a bowl of whole wheat pasta and you might not even be able to finish the place and it will keep you satisfied for much longer because it takes longer to digest and spends a lot more time in your stomach before going down to your intestines.
