Question: Could I take an enzyme pill that lets me eat grass?
People who are lactose intolerant can take a pill that gives them the lactase enzyme and lets them eat dairy products, so could I theoretically take a pill that would give me a cellulose enzyme that would let me eat grass?

Well you already have the capacity to eat grasses, Wheat, rye, oat, and so on. But also remember cows have in their rumen a huge host of bacteria which break down the cellulose into more basic components. So what you need is not the enzyme which you already have but a couple more stomachs.
