I Feel Like I Inhaled My Drink?!?!?!?!

I was sipping some SunnyD and I felt some go down my throat and I didn't even swallow. It was cold and felt weird. I didn't have the urge to cough but made myself cough and almost need to throw up. I kinda need to cough now but thats from me coughing I think, its more like a tickle in my throat. I am now sipping warm water. I need to go to bed soon but I'm kinda scared to. Will I be alright?? It has been bout 30 minutes ago. Is there anything to do that will help? Thanks!
