Why don't you just think about it like the assignment says instead of trying hypnosis. Just think how your daily routine would be different if you were a girl instead of a boy.

No, it is not possible to do stage hypnosis upon yourself because that relies upon something called conversational hypnosis and that works when somebody else make suggestions to your subconscious mind. It is effective because conversational hypnotists can use language to overcome a psychological process called your "critical factor." This is the only way to make somebody truly believe they have, for example, changed sex or are a chicken or sing "Hallelujahs" every time someone says the word "cheese".

In order make you brain believe something so "unreal" you would need to make a 'conscious' suggestion to yourself and to do so, quite simply, that wouldn't work. Self hypnosis can help you overcome some psychological and behavioral hurdles but can not make you believe something that is patently false. Nor can anyone send you a video which can safely hypnotize you. Don't bother watching a video from anyone who claims that they can.
