Hey guys!! how are you??? :) Btw, I am 16. Comparing to my friends, I am not that much tall. I work out everyday. My biceps and triceps are growing. I use 2 dumbles each weighs 2.5 kg. Now, my questions are, will it affect my height if I use dumbes of 2.5 kg???? Another 1 is, what are the exercises that will suite me @ my age to grow tall and become slim? As u knw, I shudn't use heavy instruments b4 18. If any1 can, plz help me. Thank you. :)

My answer is the same to you as a previous question:
"Your height is genetically determined. Look at the heights of your parents and grandparents. It's absolutely fine to be the height you are."
Working out won't make any difference to your height, but will be good for your health and weight. Check out what exercises are safe for you at your gym from an instructor who knows his/her job.
