I've finally finished with methadone! My last dose (less than 1ml) was on mo!

Question: I've finally finished with methadone! My last dose (less than 1ml) was on monday, however!.!.!.!?
For the past ten days I have had no energy at all, I am so lethargic and I am freezing all the time!. I have also had diarrhea for 10 days but only in the morning!. (sorry lol had to say)!.
I came off the methadone gradually over a period of months and for the last few weeks I was only reducing by 1ml!. My last ever dose was less than 0!.5 ml but yet I still feel really shitty! How long will this last!?
Did anyone else have the same problems!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I know little about it I have to confess, but, from what I do understand, it is quite normal to feel poorly for a time after you have finally quit methadone!.
It is, as you know, a really strong drug, and has to totally clear from your system!.
I'd suggest that you have a word with your drugs counsellor or doctor about it, and avoid, at all costs, any suggestion that you go back on it for a while!.
Congratulations!.
You must have suffered a lot, and shown great strength and determination in coming this far!.
Stay strong, and fight through this difficult period!.
Bless you, and sincere very BEST wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

firstly you should be proud of your self!. Coming off methadone is quite an accomplishment!. You will still feel bad for a little while unfortunately!. Drugs reek havoc on the digestive system, and it may be a while before that rights itself, just be sure to drink plenty of water and take vitamins to help in that regard!. The lethargy will get a little better every day!. Plan on 1-2 weeks until you feel like a functioning human again!. It will be worth it though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll have a couple of days where you'll feel really bad!. Its just your body playing tricks trying to get you back on the methadone or the heroin!. I've never taken the stuff so i don't really know what to expect or what your going through but i was addicted to cigarettes and it was hell getting off them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
