have you considered doing some relaxation methods/meditation beforehand!? Also make sure you don't have any caffeine before going in and don't smoke beforehand if you do!. And drink a lot of water before!. I've heard this helps lower your pulse and helps the donation go faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
