i went to bed around 4pm i think and i woke up at 4am
is that enough sleep or is that too much!?
oh and i woke up a lot of times last night

Was it a quality sleep that you had!?
Are you well!?
Are you recovering from an illness!?
Did you have a really stressful day!?
Are you worrying unnecessarily about the amount of sleep that you had!?
Everyone sleeps at one time or another for a lengthy period of time and providing its not regular then there is no problem - its just your body apparently needs some extra sleep sometimes - if this is you then its fine and not to be concerned about Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it were straight then it's too much, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that but it depends on what you do like are you living a very stressful life for your age!? It's natural to sleep that long since you had sleep disturbances in between your sleeps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
