Should you drink milk if you have anemia?!
Question: Should you drink milk if you have anemia!?
Answers:
Anemia is a blood disorder, and also deals with not having enough iron!. I wouldn't think milk would hurt you, unless there is something rare about the form (there are several forms) of your anemia, but most commonly, you just need more iron!. Milk could actually help, because when you are anemic, u are also generally vitamin deficient as well!. Milk has alot of vitamins!. It would be good to cosult with a doctor to find out your specific type of anemia, just to double check!. But I would say drink milk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, but if you are taking iron, take the iron two hours before or four hours after drinking milk!. Milk interferes with iron absorption!.
Obviously this interference isn't total, because we fortify infant formulas with iron!. And infants absorb iron from breast milk, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
