Lightheaded ? ... :[ ?!

Question: Lightheaded !? !.!.!. :[ !?

during the day i get these little like headache things but they only last for a few seconds !. i get dizzy and everythings white but then it goes away!.
i think its lightheadedness but i'm not sure!.
does anyone know how to prevent this or what causes it!?

omg!. i get the same thing it usually happens when i get up to fast!. try gettin up slower i guess!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
