I'm extremely ticklish, I think it is psychological and to do with the element of surprise , you don't quite know where the other person will tickle you but on a sub conscious level (I think) you know where you are going to tickle yourself!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I Think its abit of both to be honest!.
You're body is expecting it, and knows what its gonna feel like, therefore your not shocked nor tickled

It's physical!. You KNOW you're going to tickle yourself,so you're nerve-endings are prepared for the touch!. You can't make yourself 'jump',either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it has to do with physical most of the part (when someone else does it your body detects the different type of touch)!.
