Question: Why is it hard to stop frowning!?
one time i got talked down to from family members and i suddenly frown and i try to stop frowning but it wont stop im like wtf but when i smile and laugh i can suddenly stop but yea sooo and i think im emotional but yea soo why is hard to stop frowning!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had that happen a couple times in extreme disappointment or sadness!.!.!. Times I remember that happening are, first time, in 2nd grade when my teacher told me I couldn't go to a pool party I was really looking forward to!.!.!. Other times were about things like death of friends and other very emotionally charge sadness moments!.
I'm sure you've had moments where you're laughing and you just can't stop, even when it is starting to hurt!.!.!. Same with smiling, when you are crushing on someone and they asked you out, or you got a great present, or something very good, and you can't stop smiling even when you're supposed to be serious!. The frowning is the same way!. Emotions are not just mental, there are physical reactions to emotions, and when they are intense, we sometimes can't control our body's reaction, just like we can't control our heart's reaction!.
If it was particularly depressing or hurtful when you were talked down to by them, I think it's just your body's natural reaction to extreme disappointment!. Don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people naturally frown!. Ellen Degeneres is an example!. She showed how when she's just standing minding her own business, her mouth naturally goes down!. That's really common!.
