Question: Leg Cramps!? Calves Cramp At Night!?
I'm on Cross Country and I stretch my calves really well before and after each run!. I eat 1 and a half bananas each day and take vitamins!. Like three times a week i get really painful leg cramp while i'm asleep!. What's the problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I run xc too!. You are getting "charlie horses"!. You need more potassium!. Maybe take a potassium supplement!. You can try eating other things that contain potassium, such as potatoes!. I also eat 2 banana yogurts a week!. My "charlie horses' have minimized, but I still experience some!. I don't think you can actually get rid of them for good!. I hope I helped you!. bump up your potassium levels and calcium levels!. You could eat a banana at each meal and drink plenty of liquids because if you get dehydrated, that will happen too!. Oj, potatoes, yogurt all have good potassium sources and yogurt is a calcium source as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
