try a couple of tylenol or ibuprofen, or aspirin!.!.!.your personal preference!. then try some vitamins!. get a bit more sleep than normal if you can!. take it easy for a few days!. definitely drink more water/fluids than normal!. that always helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Hi ,yes could be due to several factors,Dehydration most popular,But stress can play a big part,causing the muscles in your shoulders and neck to tighten go into spasm constricting the blood flow !.get someone to massage your upper back and neck !.preferably someone with experience in massage!.but in the short term drink more water ,less caffeine!.John!.Sports Therapist !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be a sinus headache!. Try taking sinus pills!. When my sinuses act up tylenol and stuff never helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
