Why am I craving hot sauce?!

Question: Why am I craving hot sauce!?
This may sound super gross, but lately I've been craving hot sauce!. I could literally drink it straight from the bottle!. I want to put it on everything!.!.!. chips, spaghetti, pizza, salads, etc!. Is there something my body may be lacking and that be the reason I'm craving hot sauce!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Apparently, people who suffer from cravings need more essential fatty acids in their diet; when they start taking flax oil, their food cravings disappear!.

Also, try and see what your cravings all have in common!. Yes, they're all hot, but do they all have a particular ingredient!?

Many women find that during PMS they crave more spicy foods, does this make sense to your craving patterns!?

It could also just be an addiction!. Hot sauces cause the release of endorphins by your body which causes a natural high situation so that's how they could be linked being addictive!.

Chocolate cravings mean you need Magnesium!. So eat Raw nuts and seeds, legumes, fruits!.

Bread cravings mean you need Nitrogen!. So eat high protein foods: fish, meat, nuts, beans!.

Alcohol, recreational drug cravings mean your body wants Protein!. So eat meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, nuts!.

Salty Foods, you need Chloride!. So eat raw goat milk, fish, unrefined sea salt!.

Coffee or tea!? You want Phosphorus!. So eat chicken, beef, liver, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, legumes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
