How long do vitamins take to show a visible difference?!


Question: How long do vitamins take to show a visible difference!?
right now i've started taking vitamin c and vitamin e to help heal acne scars and scratches on my hands from my cat (he's a kitten!.!.!. VERY playful!.!.!.)!. how long do i have to wait until i should start noticing a difference!?

Usually, from taking vitamins and using vitamin e on my scars it takes a few weeks up to a few months of persistent use!. It might be shorter for you depending on how deep and large the scars are!.

scars take years to heal, and if you are taking the vitamins internally it will take months to show, vs externally they may act quicker or even not at all, a lot has to do with you body chemistryWww@Answer-Health@Com
I think that vitamins usually take around 2 weeks for their effect to be noticeable!.
