Probably didn't smoke enough!. I've been toking for about 7 years and I never cease to get high!. If you wanted to try it, I highly reccomend making sure that you're in a happy place, with people whom you would trust with your life and make sure that you have tons of munchies on hand because you will need them!.

It's not uncommon for people to report that they had no effect the first couple of times!. This may or may not be true!. Sometimes a new user simply doesn't know that they are affected, particularly if the pot isn't very good!. Alternatively he may not have inhaled enough!. Give him a couple more tries and he'll be on board!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
