1 tub of pears and peaches in juice (60 cals) - sugar and yummy :)
Cup of water
Lunch:
2 slices of light rye bread - fibre and carbs
with lettuce and tomato - magnesium and minerals

Bowl of Soup with rice, veggies, pasta, etc!. (250 - 300 cals)

Congratulations for starting your recovery! Takes a lot to even admit you might have a slight problem, well done!
As for your diet, it's incredibly healthy (definately good), but in my experience (my weight's an issue for me too), I think you should try and see a doctor, preferably a nutrionist!. I really don't want to sound patronising, but because of your age and all the changes your body will make (like becoming taller), I think some specialist advice would really benefit you!. If you want an informal, and healthy addition, try milkshakes around your recess/break time!. Calcium is gonna be really important!.
The only thing I have to add is how jealous I am that you have such a fantastic diet! Keep it up (and I hope you don't mind but I'm gonna take some of your meal ideas!.!.!. dinner sounds great!) and keep talking to your parents!. Good luck! :o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
