Caffeine and other stimulants speed up the activity of your central nervous system, suppress the appetite and make you feel more awake, alert and energetic!. They increase your pulse rate, blood pressure and respiration rates and increase blood flow to the brain!. Stimulants trigger the sympathetic nervous system which is what happens when your body goes into fight or flight mode - increases heart rate, makes breathing quicker and more shallow, dilates pupil of the eye, and inhibits digestion and salivation (which is why stimulants like caffeine are found in diet pills)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
