Question: Should I be worried!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
My little sister is ten she's really hyper!. I mean, she doesn't get much sleep!.!.!. problaly like maybe 7-9 hourss!. how do i get her to go to sleep!?
and will it effect her health!.!.

Some people don't need as much sleep!. The recommendation is at least 8 hours!.
You can encourage your sister to do quite activities before bedtime such as reading a book, taking a warm, not hot bath, (No TV, video or computer games for at least one hour before bed time)!. Also a consistent bed time and time to get up in the morning helps get the body's sleep clock regulated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

kids below the age of 12 should get an average of 12 hours of sleep everyday!.
ur sister is probably hyper because she eats/drinks too much caffeine!. if she drinks coffee or sodas u should limit it and try suggesting healther fruit juices and fresh fruit snoothies!. Also limit her amount of junkfood and make sure she eats a proper meal 3 times a day!. -hope this comes in handyWww@Answer-Health@Com

She's young!. All she wants to do is stay up watch tv etc!.
I suggest you cut out the fizzy drinks etc and the lollies!.
Before bed maybe do something like play a board game!.
