Can someone help me figure out why I can't breathe?!
Question: Can someone help me figure out why I can't breathe!?
I know it's not my asthma, because asthma deals with breathing out!. But this has been on-going for a few months, and my doctor said not to worry about it!. I can't take breathes in, like it feels incomplete, I really don't know how to explain it, but it usually comes out of the blue!. It really is the most infuriating thing, and now I can't even sleep!.
Does anyone know what's wrong!? Or even how to make this go away!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think yr doctor is wrong!. asthma is a shrinking of the airways, so it affects breathing in and out!.
secondly, asthma is brought on by triggers, and cigarette smoke is definitely one of them!.
try to change doctors, or take your asthma medicine and see if it helps!. but when I have an asthma attack, i have more problem breathing in than out!. it feels as if my lungs were very small, and i could not fill them up completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breathing out!? What are you talking about!.!. my asthma deals with breathing out and in - of which I can do NEITHER!.
Breathing IN is when I really feel it - wheezing and barely being able to stand up!.
If it happens sporadically, on and off, it's likely anxiety-stress related!.
My heartbeat becomes irregular and my breathing gets shallow (I'll be sitting in a chair, nothing stressing me, and I will suddenly huff and puff like I was winded)!. It's stress induced, if that's the case, try to find a way to relax more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, my prescription is thus!.!.!.fill a tub with Epsom salt and lukewarm water and soak for 15 minutes every 2 days!.!.!.listen to beautiful classical music and breathe slowly!. Take walks in the fresh air, watch funny movies because laughing is very important, and breathe in fragrance such as mint, oranges, lemons and just breathe in and out!.!.!.be patient!.!.!.and slowly you will build up again!.!.!.and most important of all!.!.!.!.do not smoke or be around anyone who does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem!
Maybe try getting some fresh air, and not using chemicals to clean your room//
exersicing or aerobics helps me breathe better!
Also make sure your nose is clear!. And sometimes your brain freezes so it forgets to breathhe!. I had the SAME problem :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
