How can i de-stress without meditation or yoga?!
Question: How can i de-stress without meditation or yoga!?
i am a christian and despite what alot of you say, i feel meditation and yoga conflicts with my faith (please don't state that it does not)!. But i also need to find ways of de-stressing!. What are some things to help me with!? i'm beginning to develop anxiety symptoms, and my chest tends to feel tight most of the time, so i can't breathe as good!. i'll try anything!.!. exercise (walking), doing something i like and am good at, sit under a tree, anything!.!.!.except MEDITATION AND YOGA!. Are there any herbal remedies or medication that isn't harsh on my body that will benefit me or has benefitted you in the past!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I found that a good hot shower and a stretch helps, you have to focus on relaxing though, not meditate on it, but sit on the couch while watching something you like and just touch your toes!. Even 2 3 minutes helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
