Sleeping problems...????????????!


Question: Sleeping problems!.!.!.!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
ok so i sleep like 12 and wake up at 6-45ish or 7 so i can go to school then when i get home sometimes i just fall asleep thats why i sleep at 12 because its hard for me to sleep at night soo yea my question is why is it hard for me to sleep at night after i take a nap!?!?!? and is there a way to just fall asleep with out pills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have a biological clock that determines your sleep patterns!.

You have to reset it!. Try using a natural substance like melatonin tablets for a week to make you drowsy!. No Rx needed!.

Avoid caffeinated drinks after 6:00 PM!. Get some quiet time just before you go to bed, so your mind won't be all wound up over schools, girls, teachers, etc!.!.!. This will help your mind relax!.

No music when you try to go to sleep!. Quiet!.!.!.dark!.!.!.serene!.!.!.!.

Umm ok !.!.well if u take a nap then ur not tired to go to sleep at night!.!.the answer is NO NAPS IN AFTERNOON! and !.!.!.dont sleep at 12! !.!.u have to sleep at 10ish!.!.its good for ur health to sleep more!.!.because 8 -7 hours of sleep isnt much for u!.!.!.
