How long should I nap for?!


Question: How long should I nap for!?
I had a good 2 hour nap after work but feel as though that may have been too long!. I work from 6am-2pm and get up at 5 every morning so my body needs sleep after work!. I don't want too little, but at the same time I don't want too much!. How long of a nap should I have to get recharged!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most health experts recommend a 15 or 20 minute power nap!. 2 Hours is more like an actual sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
