Question: Get rid of a stuffy nose with no medicane!?

Heres a temporary 5-6 second solution!.
Hold your nose, Blow a some air into your nose while your holding it, And let go and try breathing through your nose!. Its a temporary effect though!.I like to get something really minty and smell it though also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to loosen the congestion so you can blow your nose and clear the passages - drinking hot fluids and taking hot showers will loosen congestion in your nose - make sure you keep blowing your nose to clear!. If still congested you might want to use warm water and flush your nasal passages - I usually use a very wet washcloth and inhale the warm water - it loosens it up enough so that when I do blow my nose, it clears up more!. Doing this is actually better than medicine which can dry you out too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
