Depression and talking to the doctor?!

Question: Depression and talking to the doctor!?
Hi
I am 19, i work full-time to look after/pay for my flat, but my financial situation is not great!. i have recently been getting bad migraines and have had high BP, and numbness in my arms and legs!.
the doctor told me they do not know what it is and have referred me to a neurologist but it can take 6 weeks to even get an appointment!
i am feeling really down about this as it is affecting my work and my social life, i am not sleeping properly and just generally feel depressed all the time and feel like crying at the smallest upset!
i dont know how to tell the doctor about this without feeling like a wimp, i know people have really bad problems and this seems like im being a drama!
any suggestions!?

It is good that u have identified this problem because the 1st and most important step is to realise that u have a problem!. Just talk to your doctor, tell them exactly how u feel and they will take it from there!. I once had migraines that would just bother me everyday, they just never went away!.I went to the doc and the least of wat I expected is what I heard,I was depressed!. Dont worry,u just need to see the doc and they will help you!.

Well i to have been going through some rough times with depression, and without getting into the personal reasons of it, i'd say somthing in your life just aint right!.what i do know is pills are not the way to go at such a young age!. get out more, socialize with your friends, get a NEW boyfriend and for god sake slow down for a minute and do something for you!.
