How can I figure out which internal organ is causing me all this pain?!

Question: How can I figure out which internal organ is causing me all this pain!?
I'm on birth control pills, have been for 10 months; never missed a pill: and I take the pill the SAME TIME everyday! without fail!
Well a week ago I had a horrible stabbing pain (in what I think was) my left ovary; woke up to brown spotting and discharge, then red blood, then more discharge!. Went to the Doctor and got an ultrasound done Thurs!. and a pregnancy blood test done today; everything is negative!

My period was due YESTERDAY and it's not here!.
I'm having horrible pain on my right side and a stabbing pain in my kidney area!.

Woke up 2 days ago nauseous, shaking, dizzy, sweating and freezing at the same time!.

I need to figure out which organ is causing me the problem so I can get it diagnosed! HOW do I find out which organ is causing the problem!?
Is there blood work that can determine which organ this is!?!?

I'm in a lot of pain and I need help!.

Also, I have several small circular bruises all over my body with no explanation of how they got there; is this a possible connection to my problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your doctor needs to be the one answering all these Questions!. You NEED to be asking him, its important that you dont let this keep going without finding out whats wrong!. You could have kidney stones or ovarian cysts or any number of things!. Have more tests done, have bloodwork done, just talk to your doctor, he needs to be the one making the decisions on what tests need to be done, not the people on here that you dont really know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the small bruisng could possibly mean your anemic or have an iron deficiency, which would contribute to your dizziness!. when i was anemic i felt fatigue, dizzy, and yes sometimes nauseous!. but ive read your question from last time and since your trying to find out which organ is causing you problems i would suggest a blood test and full evalution with your physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's more common in kids than in adults, but adults can get it!. My daughter had it before and we had to take her to the ER for tests because sometimes the bruise-like spots can be a sign of something more serious!. My sister has something similar but long-term that she's had for five years!.

The bruises are nothing!. People get bruises all the time and don't remember when or how they got them!. As for leukaemia forget it!. Bruising from it is like your entire back is bruises not one or two little ones!. You should just go back and see your doctor!.It sounds like you have a virus or the flu I don't think you have anything wrong with
an organ!. I think your horrible stabbing pain was simply ovulation!.
I used to get it all the time just before my period!. Maybe you have
a kidney or bladder infection!. Go back to your doctor and don't tell him/her what you think it is just tell them the symptoms and let him/her diagnosis you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
