Answers:
Write everything down that you want to tell her and also tell her (in the letter) that you have trouble talking about things!. She will then know to ask specific questions and all you have to do is answer them until you get comfortable talking to her about your problems!. I have been seeing Psychiatrists, Therapists and Psychologists for 25 years and still have problems talking about some things so I write them down and that helps the Dr know what to discuss with me!. That not only helps the you but also the Dr because then s/he knows what problems need to be discussed!. I have never had a Dr get mad because I wrote them a letter!. They were pleased to know what bothered me and what we needed to discuss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had the same problem, but sometimes you just have to take a deep breath and blurt it out, once you get started it should get easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
