Working out while suffering from illness?!


Question: Working out while suffering from illness!?
I have a cough and a tiny bit of fever!. I feel like working out but also not working out lol!. I havent worked out for 5 days now, but im still sick!. What should i do!? Lift weights or just let myself recover then get back to my regular routine!?

By all means keep working out and ignore the alarm signals your body's sending you!. Isn't unusual or abnormal pain a message that something's wrong!? How about a cut that won't heal!? Your cough and fever are signs that your immune system is under attack and needs rest, fluids, and nourishment to fight it off!. So be a genius and work out, thus increasing the strain!. That way you can ignore what you have and push it in pneumonia, thus giving you days or more in a hospital (where you have a better chance of dying because it's full of sick people) instead of fifteen minutes and a few bucks for a doctor!.

This is also a direct analogy for the guy who comes to work or school and makes EVERYONE sick instead of just his thoughtless self!. Stay away from me and get well--that way I can go to the gym safely, and do you think YOU might have picked this up from some selfish dude who worked out while sick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
