Question: How to get stronger!?
k, me and 3 other friendsd were play fighting and our play fighting is rough and exciting (no h*mo) and we had fun kiking the sh*t out of each other and i jus wanna know how to be stronger 4 next tyme!? what can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your going to be doing it tomorrow, don't do anything strenuous now, otherwise your muscles will be sore and you will suffer in the play fighting!.

But if it's in a couple days, drop down and do 20 sets of as many pushups as you can do, maybe some situps and pullups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ummm!.!. First you need to build up you stamina, so you will not get tired easily then try biking for a few days then when yourm stamina can make you last long try to Jog every morning it can help build up you muscles in the legs (don't know what its called) then try to Go to the Gym lift some weights, push ups curl ups etc!. When you're done you can show your big big muscles in front of your friends (woah) This would take for about 5 - 6 months to make your body strong !.!. Thats all!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know, wear several layers of clothing to cushion the blows!? One of these days someone could get really hurt bad, no kidding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
