If you have a sex change....?!
Question: If you have a sex change!.!.!.!.!?
if you were a man before you had a sex change and you become a woman, do you still have a prostate!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
A transsexual woman will still have a prostate; it's not removed because it's (a) unnecessary to do so and (b) introduces an unnecessary extra risk of post-surgical complications!.
The prostate of a transsexual woman, by the time she reaches the point of surgery, is shrunken considerably by the hormone therapy she has been taking (which is, incidentally, the same hormone as is used for non-surgical treatment of prostate cancer in men)!.
BTW, a transsexual woman is NOT 'a man before' who 'becomes a woman'; A transsexual woman is never a man (despite external appearances); she's a woman who is born transsexual, and has that congenital condition treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diane is correct, as a side effect from Hormone Replacement Therapy, a male to female transsexuals prostate decreases in size, also there are intersexed individuals who have naturally very small prostates, or in someone who is a intersexed Female to Male transsexual some of them have prostates, before any surgery!.!.
