Question: Help after using bleach my throat and nose are burning!?!?!?

i used to bleach on my jeans and i was using it for about a half hour and now my throat and nose are burning!?!? and i cant stop coughing please help!!! i dont know what to do, am i gonna be okay!?!? =[Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did that and wat my parents said to do was clean out my throught and nose with water! I took some advill and took a 2 hour nap! When i woke up it was gone! But wehn it happend it stung and burned!
