Question: Gas pain! Help!?
Really bad gas pains all over, under my rib cage to my lower stomach!. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the pain or make it go away!? Will 7UP help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO SOME EXERCISES!. SIT UPS EVEN IF IT IS PAINFUL!. MOVE AROUND IN DIFFERENT POSITIONS SO THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY GETTING IT TO MOVE OUT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!. BY BURPING OR PASSING IT THE OTHER WAY!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Gas-X works well, but doesn't solve the problem!. Try taking Beano BEFORE you eat!. It's sold over the counter everywhere!. If you still get the gas WITH Beano beforehand, you probably have GERD or acid reflux!. See your doctor and s/he will fix you right up!.

You are probably eating something that doesn't sit well with you!. Most of us have a few things that mess us up!. Drink a lot of water and go potty!. Think about what you ate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
