Question: Doctor and nurses help please!!?
If you do a sport in 8th grade do you have to do a physical exam and if you do what do the doctors look at!? (im in Indiana by the way incase there is something different there)!. Do you parents watch!?

Your parents do not have to watch!. In fact, it can be just a male doctor as long as he is not doing an exam of your genitals!. You may request a female doctor or to have a female in the room with you (nurse, mom, whoever you like) but it is not required for a sports physical!. Basically, you choose who you want in the room with you!.
Usually they'll just look in your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, listen to your heart, listen to your lungs, feel your abdomen, and ask if you have had any specific problems that they need to check out!. They may also check your joints, tendons and muscles by having you move your arms around, testing your reflexes etc!.

The parents will watch, it's required by law so there are witnesses!. Otherwise a patient may sue the doctor for 'inappropriate behavior' or some crap!. The doctor will check every part and orifice of your body to ensure you are healthy!. You have nothing to worry about, doctors know what they are doing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
