If you are just being hired, don't tell them yet!.
If you're already on the job ask to speak to your immediate supervisor or manager in private!. They will help you decide how to deal with it (IE: Whether entire staff need to know, you need certain accommodation in work area, etc!.)!.
Just explain the symptoms that might be visible to others & might affect how others respond to you!.

Explianing such issues always has to be done with papers showing proof!. If you went to your job saying I get tired, they won't care for it!. And it is better to tell them now, than for them to notice you get tired and can not perform as well as they would like you to!. There are usuall a code that does not allow them to fire you for such conditions unless it is deamed damngerous to others!. for exapmple, working with machinery!. So yes, definately notify them of any conditions you have because if you don't and something happens, they will not have a clue and any accidents would be blamed on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
