Since you know what happens each time you get a seizure it will help you to find a way to prevent the actual thing from happening!. It may sound wierd but everytime you experience these "shakes" on your hands quickly rinse your hands under really cold water and sprinkle some on your face too!. I heard about this water-thing actually being able to help in some situations!. But I may be wrong!. Nevertheless I hope your condition improves soon!.
