Just cant sleep in?!


Question: Just cant sleep in!?
i'm 13 but i just cant sleep in! its summer and i should! i go to bed at 9:30 or 10 every nite and wake up @ 8am, how do i sleep in more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is probably telling you that you don't need more sleep!. Sounds like you're getting about 10 hours of sleep as it is, which is enough -- sometimes getting too much can actually make you feel worse!. Don't feel bad because you're not sleeping away your summer like some other teens are!. Consider it an opportunity to have more fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm just like that!.!.!.except i like getting up early! I assume the light annoys you, so just shut the curtains and sleep with your back to them if possible, and then hide under your duvet or sheets!.
In general try to avoid the light!!

If you go to bed at 9:30 or 10:00 and waking up at 8, then you can't sleep any longer!. You're sleeping 10 (1/2) hours, and really can't sleep any more!. A way to sleep later into the day is to stay up later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably because your used to waking up in the morning for school!. I cant sleep in past like 9ish cause I'm not used to it!.
