Question: If I have to get up at 2 in the morning then what time should I go to bed to get enough sleep!?

If you are younger then 20, (teenagers and children have different sleep patterns) then you need at least 9!.5 hours of sleep!. So that would be about 5pm!. :) The minimum you can probably function normally on is 7!.5 hours -- maybe 6!.8 with a big cup of coffee!. Anything below that and you won't be up to standard, even if you feel ok!. If you are older than 20, you can probably slide by on 6 hours, but you still won't really be at your best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need about 6 hours of sleep a night!. 8 is more preferable though as it rests your mind more and helps concentration etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
