Question: Am genetically skinny & want to put on weight!?
36 yrs old & very skinny, 5ft 6 and roughly 7 1/2 stone
I eat healthilly and all but i never gain any weight!.
I look like a stick insect & want to have boobs like other women (& stop being called bee stings)
I'm so sick of this I have tried preotein shakes but they didn't help
I would like to reach a 9 stone target!.
Can anyone offer any suggestions!?!?!?

Answers:
You have a naturally high metabolism!. Normally this is a good thing, but I understand your frustration in this case!. You can certainly gain weight!. I suggest both muscle and fat!. Fat is what you'll need to make your boobs bigger!.

There are lots of questions I have:
1!. Do you normally workout!? what is your lifestyle like!?
2!. What are your current eating habits!? What kind of food do you normally eat!?

In general, you need to eat more calories than you are taking in in order to gain weight!. However, you want those calories to be good calories!. I can help you run through a typical day mealwise and figure out how many calories you are taking in now!. Then we can look at the ideal target!.

You will want to increase your uptake of fats, proteins and carbs to achieve your weight gain!. You will also want to start a light workout routine if you haven't already!. I know this sound counter intuitive, but a workout will make sure your weight gain is evenly distributed (and you can't gain muscle without working them out)!.

When I try to lose weight, i watch my fat grams!. So logic has it, fat grams will make you gain weight!. I use to body biuld, and nothing matters more than the food you eat!. Working out will make you gain weight, by gaining muscle!. The only way to gain muscle is by eating protein while breaking down(working out) muscle tissue!. Biulding your peck(chest) muscles will help in your boob size, because the base of your chest(boobs) will grow!.
One last note: people never gain or lose fat cells, except thru liposuction!. You are born with a given amount, and they either shrink or enlarge!. Since you are wanting to fatten up your cells, that means you need to eat fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should eat a lot of carbs and protien!
I'm trying to gain weight too so i'm trying to include everything in my diet, but mostly carbs and protien and foods rich in calories!.
Do not gorge on junk food as i'm sure you know it only causes clogged arteries!.
Consult your doctor if you feel you are really underweight and it's causing health problems!.
There's no reason why you should not drink ensure plus, in fact it seems pretty good, so why not try it!?

go to your doctor he can recommend a diet to help you increase weight!.
Meanwhile u can tried increasing your calorie intake

Have your doctor do a 'thyroid panel' on you!. These are the cells in your neck region and are controled by your thyroid gland!. The thyroid gland regulates body wieght!. You might have hyperthyroidism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
