Frequent headeache?!
Question: Frequent headeache!?
I had headache the day before yesterday after bathing strong sunlight for 20-30 minutes, and I started headache again after I walked under strong sunshine for 30 minutes today!. Does the strong sunlight really cause me headache!? Do I need any vitamin or nutrition!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might just be the bright light!. Are you wearing good sunglasses in the sun!?
It might also be an electrolyte imbalance from sweating in the heat!. You might try drinking some Pedialyte to see if that helps!.
