What's wrong with my ankles??!
Question: What's wrong with my ankles!?!?
Whenever I walk fast or run, my ankles hurt!.
The skin or muscle feels really tight and aches really bad to the point where I want to stop moving!.
I already have pretty strong muscles in my legs and whenever I used to exercise, this never happened!.
The pain and tightness in my ankles just started a couple weeks ago, and everything was fine before!.

Let me guess - you didn't do too much exercise before, then suddenly decided to step things up and do a lot of running and high-impact stuff!?
I did that - it took three weeks of rest for me to heal properly!. I didn't go to the doctors but I think it was a form of shin splints - I've linked to a page describing it!.
Some people are more prone to this injury than others but correct footwear is a must, and you should always aim to run on softer ground to reduce impact!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you heavily involved in sports!? i cant tell you whats wrong, but you may want to see a sports doctor or a chiropractor, they work wonders :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
if it has been a long time since u have exercised it could just be that they are out of shape so they are hurting from the pressure of u runningWww@Answer-Health@Com
