Question: I have thoughts of becoming a bulimic!?
do you think that its just a phase!? I know that everyone has their insecurities but this has been hanging over me for a really long time!. I keep thinking to myself that if I just do it for a week or two then maybe it won't get out of hand!. Is this normal for an 18 year old girl!? Is it just a phase!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont do it, its disgusting, and will turn into a disease, its not just something you do for a week, its a lifestyle that will accumilate, eventually making you feel worse than you already do about yourself, and it will cause you health problems and possibly lead to death!.
The best thing to do is to look in the mirror, see what you like about yourself, everyone has things they dont like, but accept yourself, learn to make it work, and be confident, thats the best thing to do, accept who your are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

becomeing a bulimic isn't a phase it's a problem like anorexia, and it's pretty hard to just stop all together after two weeks or however long!. Don't try it, it screws up your body even if you do do it for two or three weeks!. But it is normal for someone who is 16-24 to want to lose weight, just do it in a healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your right about everyone having their insecurities and yours is a little more serious then others!. It depends on you!. It may just be a phase for you but its' serious!. Its' really bad for your body and if you choose to become a bulimic(which is a bad idea!.) then it could get out of hand!. Think about it - rotten teeth seriosuly - the stomach acid destroys the tooth enamel!. it is really painful and ugly!. and it happens quickly!. do u want that!?!?
Most people think bulemics are skinny skinny but its not true!. most bulemic people are in fact normal or overweight, they are not skinny like anorexics!.
It messes your mind, ruins your teeth, ruins your life so you can think about it - but think it through, and realise yourself why you should not do it!. Take up a new hobby or exericse, and eat lots of fruit, and low fat dairy, veg and watch your portions if your worried about weight!.

Thinking about it wont mean you will!. Bulima is a serious mental issue and you seem to take it very lightly here!. You shouldn't think it at all, but I can promise, considering it wont make you bulimic!. It will make you realise how stupid it is to become that mentally ill!.

I think if your seriously thinking of doing this, than you should talk to someone about it! I believe it would be like any other habit, in the not thinking that you could become addicted to it!. It is a disease!. So seek help before you do any harm to yourself!. And People who suffer from bulimia look pretty rough anyway, they're not very attractive lookers!Www@Answer-Health@Com
the thing is bulimia is not an affective way to loose weight permanently, the best way is just to eat correctly and at the right times of day and to exercise at least 3 times a week!.

don't do it, because you can't do it for only a week!. Once you start, you aren't going to be able to stop!. Instead of bulimia, try exercise, you'll be satisfied with your body and wont risk your future health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been bulimic at phases in my life, and its hard to stop at just a week or two!. It's addictive, and its not healthy!. Burn off the anxiety at the gym!. It's healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
