Question: Do we need any grocery store sugar at all, white or brown!?
Do we get enough sugar from fruits, and other natural foods without buying bagged sugar!? I've switched to honey for cooking and my family members say they feel better!.

Honey is a wonder food, it actually has germicidal properties, it's good for your immune system!. And it's a healthy alternative to sugar!. Good for you!.
So skip the bags of refined sugar, and just borrow a cup from a neighbour if you really really need it one day!.

The worst sugar there is comes from the grocery store!. The sugar in fruit is mostly fructose which is OK whereas table sugar is sucrose and that is the killer sugar!.

You made some good points there, all I can really add is that you might want to keep a small bag handy for those last minute dishes that might require sugar of that type!.
Some things can't be substituted for sugar!. Just use it sparingly and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
