Question: Can there be a deeper reason for this!?
That past few nights, I haven't been able to fall asleep until 3AM, and I have to wake up at 7!. Can there be a reason for this, like anxiety or anything!? Because it just started!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There could be a hundred and one reasons for it!. Do you have something on your mind keeping you awake !? If not, perhaps try getting up earlier than you should do and hopefully you will get tired earlier than you are now and as a consequence get off to sleep earlier!.
Another alternative is to do some physical exercise before you go to bed which may help tire you out!.

I don't know!.!.!. I used to to that!. I just started laying in bed at 10 PM and kept myself occupied (TV, handheld video game, iPod, etc!.) It also helps to just think until you get lost in your thoughts!. Don't go to bed waiting to fall asleep, go to bed to think about EVERYTHING!.

Probably not, but it would depend on your situation!. Are you depressed!? Did you just go through a break-up!?
If you have, it's possible you need to counter these emotions!. Otherwise, it may just be a circumstance!.!.!.!.
When you try to go to sleep, imagine a normal situation with one large twist, but everything else is the same!. Like you are going to school, but nobody is wearing shoes!. What would you say!? What would your friends say!? How pretty are your toes!? Or, you are driving somewhere, but at night, and keep seeing deer!. that was my dream last night!. creepy!.!.!.
